Today, I had the pleasure of tasting Little Caesar’s Pepperoni Pretzel Pizza!

If you are a nacho cheese lover, you will enjoy this pizza! You know all that yummy cheese you get with pretzels and nachos? The cheese that you lick off your fingers when the pretzel is gone? Just me? ok…..

This pizza is filled with all that cheesy love!

I think the biggest complaint from those who have tried it is to much salt! That is what I have read in reviews and heard from customers.

I also think that it would be the perfect “Drunk Food’, and this is the pizza you should serve at a football party!

• 1 1/2 cup warm water
• 1 tbsp active dry yeast (or 1 packet)
• 2 tsp sugar
• 4 1/2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
• 2 tsp kosher salt
• 4 tbsp butter, melted
• 1/4 cup baking soda
• 1 egg yolk mixed with 1 tsp water
• pretzel or kosher salt for sprinkling
