It is day 5 of the new year, how are you doing with your resolutions?
In my oppinion it is better to start with one goal at a time! For example, you can go “cray cray” with to many goals! Going to the gym every day annnnnd eating gluten free will most likely result in frustration!
Most people have no idea what gluten is, or why we should be free of it! I am happy for the people that truly have Celiac Disease, they have more food options because of this ” Health Phase”. I have heard from friends that eating gluten free truly does make you feel better.
I was advised by my doctor to drink more water.
So, that is my goal, also weening off diet beverages and taking my prescription strength vitamins.
I printed out this water tracker. I also downloaded an app.
There are many water “recipes”. I know that I will need to try them so I don’t get bored!
Raspberry Lime Flavored Water – beautiful color and mildly tart
What you need: 2 limes, generous amount of raspberry, muddler, 1 two quart jar, ice, filtered water
Quarter 2 limes; with your hands, squeeze the juice into the jar, then throw in the squeezed lime quarters. Add raspberries. Press and twist with a muddler to release some of the juices (don’t pulverize the fruit). Fill the jar with ice, then add water to the top. Stir, cover, and refrigerate.
I know that there will be more bathroom breaks in my future.
Though, I am ready for my H2O challenge, 64 oz of water each day!
