Slow-Cooker Barbecue-Bourbon Chicken Wings
Ingredients
- 2 lb. chicken wings
- 1 c. barbecue sauce (store-bought or homemade), plus more for serving
- 2 tbsp. bourbon
- kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Place chicken wings in a large slow-cooker.
- In a large bowl, mix together barbecue sauce and bourbon and season with salt and pepper. Pour mixture over chicken wings and stir to coat.
- Cover and cook on high until cooked through, 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
- Heat broiler. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and pour wings onto them. Broil until crispy, 5 minutes.
- Serve with barbecue sauce.

Slow-Cooker Parmesan-Garlic Chicken Wings
Ingredients
- 2 lb. chicken wings
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. Dried Parsley
- 1 1/2 c. grated Parmesan
- kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Place chicken wings in a large slow-cooker.
- In a large bowl, mix together melted butter, garlic, dried parsley, and 1 cup Parmesan and season with salt and pepper. Pour mixture over chicken wings and stir to coat.
- Cover and cook on high until cooked through, 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
- Heat broiler. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and pour wings onto them. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan and broil until crispy, 5 minutes.

Slow-Cooker Chipotle-Lime Chicken Wings
Ingredients
- 2 lb. chicken wings
- 2 tbsp. chipotle in adobo sauce
- 1 tbsp. water
- Juice of 2 limes, plus more for serving
- Zest of 1 lime
- kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Place chicken wings in a large slow-cooker.
- In a large bowl, mix together chipotle in adobo sauce, water, lime juice and lime zest, and season with salt and pepper. Pour mixture over chicken wings and stir to coat.
- Cover and cook on high until cooked through, 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
- Heat broiler. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and pour wings onto them. Broil until crispy, 5 minutes.
- Squeeze with lime and serve.
